Fohlenhof Laas of family Gartner

 

The prices apply to a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Short stay surcharge: 10 - 20 €.
For each additional person in the apartment we charge 12 € per night.

 

1) Heating surcharge of 10 - 15 euros / day / apartment during the heating season.
2) Deposit of € 150.00 - € 400.00 depending on the apartment and length of stay.
3) The remaining amount can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or credit card.
4) The price includes: towels, bed linen, parking space (mostly covered), barbecue facilities, playground, high chair, cot, changing mat, WiFi in various areas.

• Children 0 - 3 years stay free in their parents' room.
• Farm tour with tasting of own products.
• Seasonal fruit on the farm is free for guests.
• 3 guided hikes per week with the Berglouter, depending on the weather from mid-april to the end of october.

 

Services for a fee

• You are welcome to have a delicious breakfast in our lounge which our village baker delivers fresh to our house every day.
  There are warm drinks of your choice, homemade fruit juices from alternating apples, currants, apricots, elderflowers and blackberries, homemade jams from strawberries, apricots, blackberries and raspberries, butter, cheese from mainly Vinschger Almen, yoghurt, sausage, honey from a beekeeper the village, on request an egg from the farm, muesli, fresh bread from the baker, something sweet, seasonal fruit and dried fruit according to availability.
  
• Bread service from our own village bakery in Laas.
• Dogs are allowed when arranged prior to arrival € 15 - 20 / day.
• Washing machine € 7 per wash.
• In the event of no-show or cancellation, our cancellation policy applies.
• From the 1st of january 2014 Southtyrol will introduce the journey tax. The tax of 1,50 € per person and day is not included in the price and will appear as tax in your final bill. Children until 14 years are free from the tax.

Apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. and have to be checked out of by 10 am on the day of departure.

 

Cancellations

• For sure you are looking forward to start your holiday, but before your arrival and also during your stay any inconvenience may occur! Please remind that your booking is binding!
• Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.
• According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
  Until 5 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 4 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.
